No Content on Individual Details Page

Problem
No content on Individual Details page and seeing message:

You have configured this area to have no content. To change this, please click here.
Solution
Select the "click here"
This will display the the cards available to be seen on the individual details.

Turn on the cards you would like to be seen in the portal
then select SAVE CHANGES.

Alternatively, select RESTORE DEFAULT SETTINGS to restore the individual view to the original settings.

Note: This only affects the user who makes the change. Each portal user will see their own personalized view.
