Purpose & Scope

Use this article to enable the alternative sign on credentials, Passcode Lock and Touch ID, for F1 Mobile. 

Procedure

  1. Log in to F1 Mobile
  2. Select Settings gear
  3. To use Passcode Lock
    • Toggle on Passcode Lock
    • Enter 4 digit Passcode
    • Confirm 4 digit Passcode
  4. To use Touch ID (fingerprint access)
    • Toggle on Touch ID
    • Tap Enable

Note: The phone being used must have fingerprint capabilities, and at least one fingerprint ID must be saved in the phone’s settings, prior to enabling Touch ID.

Additional Comments
  • If both Passcode Lock and Touch ID are turned on, F1 Mobile will default to Touch ID.
  • Clicking Cancel prompts the user to enter their Passcode.
  • Users have 5 attempts to enter the correct Passcode. After the 5th attempt, Passcode Lock is disabled and the user must enter their username, password, and church code to login.
