404 Error When Trying to View Scanned Contributions
Procedure
This due to the F1 user account not being Linked. To Link the user account:

  1. Go to Admin>Security Setup>Portal Users
  2. Select Edit User from action gear to the right of user's name
  3. In middle of page, click Link User and search for individual in F1
  4. Click Select next to individual
  5. Click Save at bottom of portal user screen
