Adding Questions to a Form
Procedure
After adding a question header, you can add questions to the form. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Click Weblink > Event Registration > Manage Forms
  2. Select correct form
  3. Click Add new question beneath correct header
  4. Type question in Question field
  5. Decide if the answer is a text answer or drop down.
    • Note: Text answers are used to provide a blank field that your users are expected to type their answer in. Drop Down answers provide a list of options your users can choose from
  6. (Optional) Add additional instructions to the question
  7. Click Add question
