Creating a Volunteer Application
Procedure
Before a volunteer can apply for a opportunity online, a Weblink Volunteer Application will have to be created. To create a volunteer application, follow these steps: 

Create a new Volunteer Application:
  1. Go to Volunteer > Volunteer Admin > Manage Applications
  2. In the Actions sidebar, click Add Application
  3. Enter the Application Name and Description
  4. Click Save


Create an the Opportunity:
  1. In the Actions sidebar, click Add opportunity
  2. Enter the Opportunity Name and Description
  3. If required, enter a Date Range
  4. Select a Ministry to associate the Opportunity with
  5. If required, associate with a Volunteer Assignment


If required, add Follow-Up responsibility and/or Requirements by clicking Edit on the relevant tile.
