Building a Contact Form
Procedure
The final step in setting up contact management is to build the form. To build this, follow these steps:
 
  1. Click Admin > Contact Setup > Build Forms
  2. Select Form name
  3. Click Items
  4. Select Contact Items
  5. Click Add >>
