Creating a Contact Form
Procedure
The process known as Contact Management in Fellowship One begins when someone attending your church requests information or expresses interest in something. In order for the church to manage contacts, contact items and forms will need to be setup. The first step in the process is to create a contact form name. To do this, follow these steps:
 
  1. Click Admin > Contact Setup > Forms Names
  2. Type Form name
  3. Click Add new form
