Monitoring Contact Statistics
Procedure
In Fellowship One, you are able to manage and view the statistics of contact items under a specific ministry. These can be filtered by a specific contact status, as well as a time frame on when the contact items were opened. To do so, follow these steps:
 
  1. Click Ministry > Contacts > Monitor Statistics
  2. Select Status
  3. Select Ministry
  4. Set timeframe
  5. Click Apply
