Purpose & Scope
Add a Dependent Form in InFellowship Registration
Procedure
A Dependent Form can be associated to the primary InFellowship registration form. When a registrant answers "yes" to a specified question they are directed to the associated form, which allows them to register household members for an additional event. A common use for this feature is to enable parents registering for a Bible study or class to also register their kids for childcare.

Add a Dependent Form:
  1. Go to WebLink > Manage Forms
  2. Select registration form
  3. In Dependent Form panel, click Add Dependent Form
  4. Create question that directs registrant to dependent form
    • Example:  Do you need childcare?
  5. Select dependent form from drop down menu
    • Note: The dependent registration form, also referred to as the “child” form, must be created before can be associated to the primary or “parent” registration form
  6. Click Save settings
    • Note: Once a form is used as a dependent or “child” form, it cannot be used as a primary or “parent” form. However, the same child form can be associated to multiple parent forms.
