Managing Child Authorizations

Purpose & Scope
Procedure
Fellowship One activities can be configured to print a name tag and a parent receipt. These two options are security measures used when a parent is picking up a child from the activity. If the parent was to lose the parent receipt, the volunteer would be able to sign into Fellowship One and view the Authorizations for the child, to ensure the individual is indeed authorized to pick the child up.

To configure these, follow these steps:
  1. Perform a People Search for the individual
  2. Click action gear next to individual
  3. Select View household
  4. Locate Authorizations section on bottom right
  5. Click plus button to add someone other than the heads of household
  6. Type name
  7. Click Add
  • Note: Use Report M3040 to display this information
