Creating and Sharing Email Templates
Purpose & Scope
Using templates can help decrease the time it takes you to create an email message. To learn how to share or create a template, follow these steps:
  1. Click People > Group Email > Templates
  2. Click Add
  3. Type Name of template
  4. Optionally, select Share this template with other users
  5. Type message
  6. Click Save template
