Creating Jobs

A Job in FellowshipOne terminology is any helper or leader that is required to fulfill the needs of an Activity. A job can mean a volunteer service opportunity or a paid worker position for specific activities.

To create a volunteer Roster for an Activity, you must first create jobs (& job schedules). When creating jobs you have the ability to track many things about a job. However, you can create a simple job with no additional information included. To create a job, follow these steps:

  1. Click Ministry > Assignments (New) > Volunteer/Staff Jobs
  2. Click Add
  3. Type Job name
  4. Fill in necessary job informaiton
  5. Click Add job
