It is often useful to record attendance based on the total number of people who came to an event. This is especially true if you are not taking attendance using Check-In or Post Attendance, such as for a large church-wide event.
To post head count attendance, follow these steps:
- Click Ministry > Attendance > Head Count
- Select Ministry
- Select Activity
- Select Date/Time
- Enter the Head Count for the Roster
- Optionally: Add a Attendance Attribute
- Click Save
