While you are in the process of saving your batch designations, you may notice that some items are not automatically matched to contributors. This happens when there is a new contributor, or if an existing contributor has new account information. To match an unmatched contribution, follow these steps:
- Click Giving > Contributors > Scanned Contributions
- Select batch
- Click Match beside the unmatched
- Choose Individual or Organization
- Search for contributor
- Optionally, choose New
- Click Next item until finished
- Click Save this batch
