Removing Non-Cash Stated Values from a Statement

Some of the default statements styles will display the non-cash stated values. We can use the style sheet to remove the Stated Value column. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Open your style sheet in Notepad
  2. Locate NonCashGift block
  3. Remove the three lines beginning with <fo:table-cell & ending with </fo:table-cell>
  4. Remove the three lines for StatedValue
  5. Remove the column completely
  6. Add one inch to the remaining columns to compensate for deleted column
  7.  Save the file with an XSL extension
  8.  From FellowshipOne, go to Giving > Statements > Custom Style
  9. Type No Stated Values for Style Name
  10. Open style file by clicking Choose File next to XSL Style Fil
  11. Click Add Statement Style
  12. Go to Giving > Statements > Statement Build
  13. Select No Stated Values under Statement Style drop box
