Assigning Leader to a Span of Care

 

Span of Care leaders are set up within the Portal. To assign owners to a Span of Care, follow the steps below:

Access the Span of Care Section

  1. Navigate to Groups > Administration > Span of Care.
  2. Click on the specific Span of Care you want to manage.

Assign a Span of Care leader

  • If no owners are assigned: Click "Would you like to add one now?"
  • If at least one owner is already assigned: Click the Add button.

Search & Assign a Span of Care leader

  1. Type the individual's name in the Search by name field.
  2. Click Search to display results.
  3. Select the radio button in the Select column next to the owner's name.
  4. Click Save to finalize the assignment.
  5. (Optional) Click Save & add another to assign additional owners.

This process ensures the appropriate leaders are assigned to oversee & manage their designated Span of Care.
