Submitting a Support Request
To request a correction, please open a Support Request & include the following details:
- Contribution ID
- Check Reference Number
Finding the Contribution ID
You can locate the Contribution ID in the URL when viewing the contribution record.
Once submitted, our team will process the update & ensure your records are accurate.
