At the beginning or end of a school year, it's time to promote students to the next grade level. You can use the Move Assignment feature to quickly move students' assignments from their current grade/age level to the next. We suggest starting with the oldest, such as the 12th grade, & work you way down from there. To move assignments, please follow the steps below:
1. Click Ministry > Assignments > Mass Change
2. In area to the left, Move assignments to Select Ministry
3. select Activity
4 Leave all for the Activity Schedule
5. Select Roster, breakout group
6. In the Move assignments to area to the right, select Activity, Schedule & Room, Location, Class as needed.
7. Click Review
8. Check box before each individual to select those you want to manage
Note: You can select top check box to select entire list
9. Click Yes, move this assignment
Note: You can repeat this process until all necessary assignment have been changed.
