View Assignments can show a system error when an individual's name has quotes in it. This often happens when an individual goes by a nickname & that nickname was entered to the incorrect field using quotation marks. To resolve the error, please correct his name by following below steps:
- Perform a People Search from portal
- Locate individual
- Click individual name
- Click Edit beside individual's information
- Remove quotes from individual's name
- Click Save changes at bottom of screen
If nickname needs to be added to this individual, please follow Add Nickname to an Individual to add nickname correctly.
