View Assignments can show a system error when an individual's name has quotes in it. This often happens when an individual goes by a nickname & that nickname was entered to the incorrect field using quotation marks. To resolve the error, please correct his name by following below steps:

1. Perform a People Search from portal
2. Locate individual
3. Click individual name
4. Click Edit beside individual's information
5. Remove quotes from individual's name
6. Click Save changes at bottom of screen

If nickname needs to be added to this individual, please follow Add Nickname to an Individual to add nickname correctly.
