Reset Password for Other Portal Users

Portal Users can reset their own passwords using the Forgot Password button on the Portal Sign In Page. 

 

Resetting of password for other portal users requires either the Password Manager right or both the Administrator & Security Officer right. 

To reset password with Password Manager right, please follow the steps below: 

1. On Home page, find New Staff box

2. Click Portal users
3. Beside correct user, click View
4. Click Reset Password
5. Click Ok in the confirmation pop-up
 
  

To reset password with Administrator & Security Officer right, please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users
2. Beside the user, click Action Gear
3. Click Edit User
4. Click Reset Password
5. Click Ok in the confirmation pop-up

 

Note: Password must meet the following requirements: 

1. Length of at least 8 characters
2. At lease one uppercase letter
3. At least one lowercase letter
4. At least one number
5. At least one of the following: _ - ; : , . ? ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
