Managing Prospects

A prospect is an individual who has inquired about a group or been invited to a group via InFellowship. It is the primary responsibility of the group leader to manage prospects; however, group manager can also view &/or manage prospects from FellowshipOne. This visibility into group prospects allows the group admin to ensure all prospects are being worked by the group leaders. Group admins/managers can manage prospects in the following ways:

  • View a list of all prospects introduced to groups via InFellowship
  • View the status of the prospect & how long they have been an active prospect
  • Toggle between Active & Closed prospects
  • Leave a comment about a prospect which is visibly to group leaders in InFellowship
  • View prospect duration table including the average time a prospect is active & the average time it takes a leader to first contact a prospect
  • View communication breakdown table list & graph of communication types most frequently used by leaders
  • Delete a prospect

To view/manage prospects in FellowshipOne, follow these steps:
  1. Click Groups > Groups by Group Type > View All
  2. Select group
  3. Click Prospects under Totals
Note:  If a prospect is not touched for 30 days, the prospect status will become expired
