Scanned Checks Match to Incorrect Household

Sometimes a check can be scanned & matched to an incorrect household.

When this occurs:
  1. Go to Giving> Contributions> Contributor Details 
  2. Click Accounts
  3. Find invalid account
  4. Click red dash on the right side to delete the account
Note: If there are contributions in the individual/household giving records an error will say that the account could not be deleted because of this. Edit the transactions to change the account to a valid accounts then delete the invalid account.
