Delete a Batch

There are two ways to delete a batch: during check scanning or from the FellowshipOne Portal.

Deleting a Batch During Check Scanning

  1. In the Contributions Application, click Delete Batch at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.

Deleting a Batch from the FellowshipOne Portal

Once a scanned batch has been completed and submitted, it can only be deleted from the Giving menu in the FellowshipOne Portal.

Steps to Delete a Scanned Batch:

  1. Navigate to Giving > Contributions > Batches.
  2. Click the Scanned option.
    • Note: If the batch is not visible, click the magnifying glass at the top right to open batch search filters and locate the batch.
  3. Find the batch to delete.
  4. Click the Actions Gear in the far-right column next to the batch.
  5. Select Delete Batch.
  6. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.

Important Notes:

  • Credit Card batches cannot be deleted. However, they can be renamed using the Actions Gear. If you want to delete them, please open a Support Ticket with the batch ID information.
