If a customer does not want to be unsubscribed from church. They can be re-subscribed & receive emails again. They can be set to "Subscribe" in FellowshipOne. There are two ways to re-subscribe: the Church re-subscribing the customer or the customer re-subscribing themselves

A customer can only re-subscribe themselves when the Profile Editor is enabled. Use this article to change the Profile Editor settings: Enable Profile Editor.

• FellowshipOne Portal User update within the Individual detail. 
  
  1. Go to individual detail page in FellowshipOne
  2. Click Edit next to Communication 
  3. Scroll down to the email section & click on Opt (Individual's Name) back in
  4. Confirm Opt-in in pop-up window
  5. Click Save

• Individual in lnFellowship

1. 1. Log into InFellowship account
   2. Click Update Profile
   3. Click Update Profile again on the right
   4. Scroll down to Email section
   5. Uncheck Unsubscribe from church communication emails check-box
   6. Click Save Changes at the bottom
