DO NOT add new Activity Schedules with completely new times. This would then require a change to ALL Participant Assignments, Staffing Assignments, Super Check-ins & Contact Forms. Yuck!

Follow these simple steps:

1. Edit the current service time schedule you want to change.
2. Edit the existing occurrence & change the start  date of your existing occurrence to today’s date & no end date.
3. Click save.
4. Update the start time of the Activity schedule to your new Service Times (ex. from 5:15 to 5:00PM). 
5. Save the Activity schedule.

The Results:
 
All occurrences for the old service times will remain provided they occurred BEFORE the new start date of the occurrence just edited.
 

All occurrences AFTER the new start date will now show the new service time!
