Online Giving Confirmation Messages

Two types of automated messages can be configured for online giving - contribution success & contribution failure. The success message is sent to the contributor upon successful processing of a contribution. The contribution failure message is sent anytime a contribution schedule fails for any reason. To create or edit theses messages, follow these steps:
 

  1. Click Weblink > Online Giving > Confirmation Messages
  2. Enter Email this message from
  3. Enter Email Subject Line
  4. Enter Email Message
  5. Click Save
