Two types of automated messages can be configured for online giving - contribution success & contribution failure. The success message is sent to the contributor upon successful processing of a contribution. The contribution failure message is sent anytime a contribution schedule fails for any reason. To create or edit theses messages, follow these steps:
- Click Weblink > Online Giving > Confirmation Messages
- Enter Email this message from
- Enter Email Subject Line
- Enter Email Message
- Click Save
