Ministries become security rights as soon as they are added to FellowshipOne. When adding new ministries keep in mind that you should also edit security rights for any portal user who needs access to the ministries. You are able to give users Write access to a ministry or Read access by following below steps:

Note: You will need security right of Administrator & Security Officer to do so

1. Click Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users
2. Click Actions Gear in far right column
3. Select Edit rights
4. Locate Ministry Read & Ministry Write
5. Select arrow button to the left of either security right
6. Select appropriate Ministry
7. Click Save user rights button

Note: If the user is currently signed into FellowshipOne, he or she must first sign out & then sign back in to see changes to the security rights
