For all individuals currently unsubscribed:
- Open P9400 Core Individual Records report
- Choose desired fields to display for Household & Individual under Choose Fields to Display
- Choose "Unsubscribed from Emails?" in Individual Fields to Display section
- Run report
- Filter in Excel
For individuals unsubscribed form emails sent within a specified date range:
- Open P7605E
- Select desired date range & statuses
- Run report
