Contact Forms only hold up to 3 months worth of dates
- Go to Admin>Contact Setup> Build From
- From the drop down list, select the correct form in which you wish to add new Activity associations
- Select Service link
- Choose the correct Ministry & Activity to be associated with this form
- Select the Activity schedule dates & times up to 3 months in future
- Select ADD & they will be associated with this contact form for these dates
