Cannot See Groups In Reports

When using a report to retrieve information about Groups or the people in them you might run into a situation where the group you are looking for is not being listed in the report filters to choose. If so, it is likely because the Start Date for the group is set to a time in the future. Changing this to your current date or a date in the past should resolve this. We recommend using the date the group was created for the start date.

To Change the Start Date for a group:

  1. Click Groups
  2. Click View All
  3. Select the group
  4. Click View group settings
  5. Click Edit group details
  6. Change the date in the Start date field
  7. Click Save changes
