Processing Remote Deposit Capture Deposits

Processing deposits through Remote Deposit Capture is a simple three-phase process. The process is as follows:

  • Pre-Processing - in this phase, you will want to separate checks into batches by fund designations & record the number & amount of checks
  • ProfitStars Processing - When you have completed batching your checks, you are ready to scan them into the ProfitStars RDC application
  • Processing & Saving Batches in FellowshipOne - The final step is to monitor FellowshipOne for batches that have successfully been processed in ProfitStars. All batches that were successfully processed will automatically be transferred to FellowshipOne. To save the batch in FellowshipOne, follow these steps:
  1. Click Giving > Contributions > Batches
  2. Select Remote Deposit Capture
  3. Select batch
  4. Match any unmatched item
  5. Click Save this batch
