When a person is registered for an event, you may need to Remove the Registration or Refund the cost to the registrant.
Remove Registration
- Click Weblink > Event Registration > View Submissions
- Select correct form
- Click View beside correct submission
- Click Edit answers
- Click Remove Entire Registration
- Click Save changes
Refund Registration
- Do steps 1-3 above
- Click Refund
- Enter Amount of refund
- Select Payment Method & Previous Methods
- Optionally, type Memo
- Optionally, select Email receipt
- Click Add refund
Notes:
- Both steps are required to remove & refund the entire registration
- Amount changes done in Event Registration will flow through to individual's credit card or ACH
- If the credit card used to register for the event has expired, you will be asked to enter a new credit card & billing address
