You can discount submitted forms that have a remaining balance by using the Make Adjustment feature. This feature is like a promotion code, but can be done after a form is submitted. To make an adjustment on a submission, follow these steps:
- Click Weblink > Event Registration > View Submissions
- Select correct form
- Click View beside correct submission
- Click Made adjustment
- Type Amount
- Optionally, type Memo
- Click Save Adjustment
- Click Done
