Leaders Not Receiving Attendance Reminder Emails

If leaders are not receiving the email reminder to post attendance, you will need to make sure a schedule for the group has been set up.

  1. Go to Groups > Groups by Group Type > View All
  2. Click on necessary group
  3. Click View group settings
  4. Ensure schedule is present under the Schedule heading
  5. If no schedule exists, click Create a new schedule
