Post Attendance is the ability to record attendance for an Activity after the Activity has occurred. This is a great option if you are not using Check-In for that Activity. To post attendance for an Activity, follow these steps:
1. Click Ministry > Attendance > Post Attendance
2. Click Change under Current ministry
3. Select desired ministry from drop down list
4. Select Activity, schedule, date range, & time
5. Click Search
6. Click Post Attendance beside correct Roster
7. Search by name or by participant/staffing assignment
8. Select correct individuals to post attendance for
9. Click Post Attendance
