If Check-In is consistently printing extra name tags during Self Check-In, you need to select No Extra Name Tag to prevent it from continuing. Please follow the steps below:
1. Start Check-In Application
2. Enter an Activity Code for a currently running Activity
3. Click Menu
4. Click Self or Assisted Check-In
5. Click No Extra Name Tag
6. Click Next
7. Scan barcode & continue with Check-In
