Group Leader Cannot See Groups

A Group Leader cannot see the groups in InFellowship if the group type is not flagged as PublicPublic does not mean searchable or open to join. 

To flag as public:

  1. Click Groups > Administration > Group Type
  2. Select the group type
  3. Click Edit Properties
  4. Click Groups of this type are public
  5. Click Save changes
  • Note: This can also be caused because the group leader has a duplicate record associated with his InFellowship login & must be merged.
