A Group Leader cannot see the groups in InFellowship if the group type is not flagged as Public. Public does not mean searchable or open to join.
To flag as public:
- Click Groups > Administration > Group Type
- Select the group type
- Click Edit Properties
- Click Groups of this type are public
- Click Save changes
- Note: This can also be caused because the group leader has a duplicate record associated with his InFellowship login & must be merged.
