Shared Questions allow registrants to enter information only once for questions in which the answer applies to all household members registering for the event. Headers, which are simply a way to organize questions by type, are very important in creating Shared Questions. Headers are used to designate a group of shared questions & must be created before adding the actual questions. This feature is only available in InFellowship Registration. To create shared questions, follow these steps:
- Click Weblink > Event Registration > Manage Forms
- Select necessary form
- Click Questions & Answers under Questions panel
- Click Add new header
- Enter name for new header
- Select Shared check box
- Click Add header
- Click Done
Now you are able to begin adding questions under the header that will be shared. Any questions that should be individually answered for each household member registering should be added under another header that does not have Shared selected.
