FellowshipOne sends out various types of communications that need to be directed to different users for each customer. These contacts are updated by a user with Admin Rights on the Church Contacts page. There are four different types of contacts:
- Designated Support Contact - these users have access to unlimited FellowshipOne phone & chat support. When logged into the Customer Portal, a DSC has visibility of ALL cases opened by any users for an account. The number of DSCs available is based on the edition of FellowshipOne.
- FellowshipOne Champion Team - this team will be contacted by FellowshipOne about changes or to help facilitate the resolution of technical & user issues. There can be unlimited FellowshipOne Champions.
- Billing - these users will be contacted by FellowshipOne about billing & payment issues. Invoices will be sent to the Primary Billing Contact. Limit 2.
- TWA - Typical Weekend Attendance, is used to determine pricing for FellowshipOne subscriptions. Limit 2.
To set up a user as a Church Contact:
- Click Admin>Church Setup>Church Contacts
- Click Add Contacts
- Select the appropriate user(s) for each contact type
- Click Save Contacts
Note: If a user is a Church contact, that user account cannot be disabled until they have been removed as a church contact. A church contact also cannot be removed from subscribing to communications from FellowshipOne.
