In FellowshipOne, users can elect to receive a notification if a contact the user is responsible for is assigned, updated or closed. The email address used is associated with the user’s account. The FellowshipOne Champion/Administrator can change account details.
- Click Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users.
- Click the actions gear in the far right column beside the user account to change & select Edit user.
- Update the Email field.
- Click Save.
