Change email address for contact emails

In FellowshipOne, users can elect to receive a notification if a contact the user is responsible for is assigned, updated or closed. The email address used is associated with the user’s account. The FellowshipOne Champion/Administrator can change account details.

  1. Click Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users.
  2. Click the actions gear in the far right column beside the user account to change & select Edit user.
  3. Update the Email field.
  4. Click Save.
