Self Check-In No Participant Assignment

After scanning barcode during Self Check-In a message appears No Activity Assignment Found.  This can be caused by these reasons:

  • No person in household has an assignment for any of the schedules for the Activity(s).
  • The check-in station has been set to Individual Only & the person whose record contains the scanned barcode does not have any assignments.
  • The scanner is not working properly so no individual is pulling up.
