Changing the Time Attendance Reminder is Sent Out

If you require a group leader to take attendance for their group, the group leader will receive an attendance reminder every week. There is not a way to change the time that this email is sent out. The email send time is based off of these two factors:

  1. If group has start time but no end time: email will send two hours after scheduled start time
  2. If group has start time & end time: email will send two hours after scheduled end time
