When a relationship is initially created, only two individuals are defined: the first & secondary. However, many relationships will have more individuals involved. For example, in a counseling relationship, there may be different types of counselors interacting with the person being counseled. In this case, the counselors are Secondary relational members, while the person being counseled is the First Person.
An exception is marriage or family counseling. Since multiple household members are often counseled together, they are Secondary members while the counselor is the First Person.
