There are times when you need to reactivate an inactive portal user. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users
2. Beside Show, click drop down arrow & select Inactive
3. Click Search
4. Locate portal user you want to reactivate
5. Click Action Gear next to portal user & select Edit user
6. Check box beside Active
7. Click Save at bottom
