To post attendance for a group member, their join dates have to be on or before the date of the meeting attendance is being posted for. To change the Join Date:
- Sign in to InFellowship
- Click Your Groups
- Click desired group name
- Click Roster tab
- Select desired group member name
- Click Edit next to date for Member Since
- Update Join date
- Click Save
Note: The Edit Member Profiles admin right for that group's Group Type must be enabled to take above actions. There is one exclusive situation of posting attendance. If group members are added into the group while the group is creating(as below screenshot), they can be posted attendance for whenever, even before the join date. This is by design. The system will bypass the join date checking when posting attendance for this kind of "initial members".
