It is not possible to delete activities within FellowshipOne. However, activities can be deactivated to prevent them from appearing on reports & in normal views of FellowshipOne.
If deleting the Activity is absolutely necessary, the FellowshipOne Data Services Team can remove it. If this is the case, please be aware of the following consideration:
- Once deleted, it will be as if it never existed. No assignments, attendance history, volunteers, RLCs or any aspects of the Activity will remain. For this reason, it is recommended NOT to remove long-standing activities as it damages historical data.
To request a deletion:
- Remove all participant & staffing assignments from Activity
- Add Delete to beginning of the name of the Activity
- Open a Support Ticket indicating the Activity to be removed
