Locating Workable Contact Items

There are two ways to locate workable contact items, either through My Tasks or the My Contacts page. To locate workable contacts either way, see the following:

  1. My Tasks
    1. If using My Tasks, sign in to FellowshipOne
    2. Under My Tasks, click items
  2. My Contacts
    1. If using My Contacts, sign in to FellowshipOne
    2. Click Ministry > Contacts > My Contacts
  • Tip: If you are unable to find a contact item, the problem might be that it was transferred to a different ministry by mistake (or even on purpose).  If the missing contact item is open or in progress, it will appear on the Home Page of the assigned person.  If it is closed, you would need to find it by running various contact item reports.
