The information you track for jobs can be important to volunteer coordinators & for report metrics. There are standard things that are recorded like the descriptions, purposes, & time commitment. However, you may need to create fields to track other information about jobs. To create job information, follow these steps:
- Click Admin > Ministry Setup > Job Information
- Type Information name
- Enter max characters in Text field length
- Select Required field if necessary
- Optionally, select Display information on giftedness individual Assessment Reports
- Click Add job information field
