Job Information

The information you track for jobs can be important to volunteer coordinators & for report metrics. There are standard things that are recorded like the descriptions, purposes, & time commitment. However, you may need to create fields to track other information about jobs. To create job information, follow these steps:
 

  1. Click Admin > Ministry Setup > Job Information
  2. Type Information name
  3. Enter max characters in Text field length
  4. Select Required field if necessary
  5. Optionally, select Display information on giftedness individual Assessment Reports
  6. Click Add job information field
