Unable to see a Group in the Portal

User does not have Permissions to either Group or Group Type


Granting Group Permissions

  1. Go to Groups>View All
  2. Open specified Group
  3. Click View Group Settings
  4. Click Change Permissions
  5. Grant user permissions & save


Granting Group Type Permissions

  1. Go to Groups>Administration>Group Types
  2. Click on correct Group Type
  3. Click on Change Permissions on right side
  4. Grant appropriate Permissions to other user
