Rejected Volunteers

If a person has been rejected for a volunteer job, he or she will appear in the Rejected Volunteers queue. When a person has been rejected for any requirement, the requirement is added to the individual's detailed record with the status of Not Approved. If the volunteer tries to apply for the job again, the application is immediately directed to the Rejects queue. To view & handle rejections, follow these steps:

  1. Click People > Volunteer Pipeline > Rejected Volunteers
  2. Select correct application
  3. Contact individual to inform they have not met requirements
  4. Click Submit
Note: You can also edit a rejection by going to the individual record, scrolling down to Requirements, & clicking Edit beside the correct requirement
